I had two main responsibilities. As a General Coordinator, I ran the whole office. I controlled all system and found methods to increase the efficiencies of employees and company. Also I personally fixed the gaps and prevented potential problems. I educated Customer Representatives. My second responsibility was optimization of Google Advertisements. I ensured highest efficiency with minimum budget.

I have been trained about the business world by the owner of the company. I was in observation mood in this period. I have attended business meetings with the General Manager. At the same time I worked in marketing and technical service departments. I have been in sales process. With the help of knowledge I gained in this period in the restructuring process I have been promoted as General Coordinator.

Trainee in Domestic Marketing Department

In this period I have learned about the processes of marketing. After the second week I had the ability to work as a Customer Representative. For two weeks because of my skills in English I started to answer the foreign calls. (The company was in break for two weeks except Domestic Marketing Department). Also I helped all the departments with my skills in computer. I had the hard office applications jobs (such as designing fax papers). Also I helped about easy ways of using computers to the other workers (such as Windows and Office Applications).

In the first National Label and Labeling Magazine I had an article published. The main theme was the comparison of U.S. management style and Turkish Culture. In the article the most ideal combination of two has been presented.

• 2006 - Dokuz Eylul Üniversitesi Fantazi ve Bilim Kurgu Topluluğu (Founder and First General Manager)

Community was around the whole university which differs it from the clubs. I have found right people to create the community and from the beginning of the all creation process, I had the responsibility of handling formal processes and teaching coordinators about managerial skills. My main responsibility was to attain people to jobs and presenting the club in university management.

• 2006 Yabancı Diller Yüksek Okulu Streetball Tournament

I worked as a referee in the tournament which was a great one with 64 teams and 256 players.

• 2001 – 2002    SMW Age of Kings Clan High Council Member

AOK is an online multiplayer game. In SMW clan we had around 100 players from all over the world. In this clan I learned lots about different country cultures and leading people from different cultures. Also the main language we talk was English and I have improved my language skills.
